Its ok
Nice bed, The room was ok, The common areas could do with some deep cleaning or replacing the carpet. The picture they show of the outside is either photoshoped or from years ago. There is also a train that sounds its horn quite offten out the back.

While the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the facilities were outdated and undergoing renovations in main areas but not where needed in the rooms. Room was clean but everything is old and dated. We couldn't get the heat to turn on and called the front desk at around midnight and got voicemail. No one responded to the message left.
