Spacious condo in timeshare resort. Staff was efficient and friendly. Grounds were clean. Units themselves are pretty dated and look like they were furnished in the 70s. Better than staying at a mid range hotel in the area for the money.

This was my third stay at Westgate Painted Mountain in Mesa Arizona and I'm planning another stay here in a couple of months. I absolutely love the place. The facility is beyond any expectations and the staff are incomparable. The manager, Esteban, reflects the great customer service that Westgate is known for as do all of his staff! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone traveling to the Mesa area

The room was great, however on the day of our artival we were notified that the entire resort would be out of power until 3am. After check in, we had to use our flashlights on phone to attempt to find room. There was no heat and the room was freezing. The temperature in our room was 55 degrees at night and no way to heat. This is not ok to expect your guests ti pay for a room that did not have heat or electricity.

The restaurant on site was a huge disappointment the two burgers we ordered were completely burnt not eatable The front desk staff was super nice and the resort really had alot for the kids to do which I appreciate. I think they need to remind people when they check in that its a cash only place, cause when we went to the restaurant and i tried paying cash the lady was super rude about it.

I highly recommend Hotel Valley Ho for a Scottsdale experience. The Valley Ho staff is very friendly and the place is relaxed an festive... and the hotel is centrally located to all of Old Town Scottsdale. Zuzu Restarant in the hotel is a great hangout. One area that is not an option is the outdoor pool in not heated - so during the winter the pool is sometimes closed or you'll have to swim in cold water. The good news is the jacuzzis are heated.
