This Cycladic style traditional house (ToDipla home) is located in an amazing panoramic position within the ISLA, a private complex of three properties perched uphill from the famous Marcelo beach (1 km away) and is only 3 km away from the port of Parikia. The house enjoys access to a private terrace which offers drinking and dining with panoramic views to the Aegean Sea and the spacious outdoors. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation next to the big shared pool. All the areas of the complex, such as the barbeque area, the dining area by the pool etc, are accessible and free for common use.
This house is built on three levels and consists of three bedrooms, two twin bathrooms, two living rooms and a full equipped kitchen.
From the upper ground level entrance you enter to the living room, the kitchen and the first bathroom. The upper ground level has access to the terrace with a great view to the open sea and the swimming pool.
The middle ground level has a bedroom with double bed and direct access onto the swimming pool area. It also has a second bathroom.
The lower ground level has two bedrooms, one with double bed and a second one with two built single beds.
Τhe house is fully equipped. Fresh sheets and towels (for internal use, not for the pool or the beach) are provided.

Beautiful, peaceful getaway on Paros!
This property exceeded our expectations! Not only was the space perfectly equipped for a group of 6, the property itself was a wondeful fit for a quiet, peaceful Greek island getaway. The inside was sparkling clean while the beautiful outdoor space offered a tranquil outdoor living experience during our stay. Kostas (the host) was so welcoming and accommodating offerring dining, transportation, and activity suggestions and was readily available when we needed anything. Staying here was our favorite part of our 11 day Greek holday and we wished we would have stayed longer.

Welcome to Paradise
If you ever want to go to Paros - and you should - stay at Kosta’s beautiful villas. We were a group of 4 adults and stayed for 1 week in July. This place is paradise! The pool, the villa, Kosta’s hospital and the location are unbeatable. We went on to Santorini and Crete and had a lovely time there too however the week in Paros at Kosta’s villa was definitely the highlight!

Beautiful stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property on Paros! The accommodations are spacious, clean, and comfortable (just as lovely as pictured). We stayed there with our boys, ages 12 and 13, and they especially loved cooling off In the gorgeous large pool. The ocean views are spectacular. Kostas, the owner, was extremely welcoming and helpful. He provided us with a list of recommendations for restaurants, amenities, and activities on the island. We appreciated the well-stocked fridge with eggs, bread, fruit, and everything we needed for breakfast. We would highly recommend this beautiful spot!

Relaxation with an incredible view
We really appreciated the warm and genuine welcome from Julia upon our arrival at this beautiful villa. There was lots of room for our group of 6, and we were extremely comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all! Our host recommended and secured us a reservation at Tsahpinis, where we had a wonderful meal right beside the harbour and fishing boats, where we got to watch the sunset. We booked windsurfing lessons for some of our group, while others enjoyed a morning horseback ride thru the surf. We really appreciated the stocked fridge upon our arrival, so it wasn't necessary to purchase groceries our first night. The boys (ages 10 and 13) particularly asked me to mention the cat! He was given the name Leroy by the boys, and had to be one of the gentlest, most affectionate cats we have encountered! They hope he continues to to stay in the area and delight future guests. Thank you for everything, Kostas, we truly enjoyed our stay! Greece has been marvellous!

Loved Paros and glad we stayed at this place! Everything was perfect! You definitely need a car if you plan on staying here. You can't beat the views and it's a great place to relax. Hospitality was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it and we would definitely stay there again!

A beautiful property and welcoming stay
Both Kostas and his cousin (on-site property manager) went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. The home is picture perfect, beautiful, comfortable, and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for cooking (if you so chose!) The pool and patio are as advertised! Such a stunning property and we cannot wait to return.

Everything exceeded our expectations and we could only have positive words and comments about our stay, the place, the hospitality, the cleanliness, the decoration and the view. The view spectacular! We loved the location, pool and comfy outdoor furniture. What a nice touch all the goodies that were left to start our vacation. The only downside was the 2nd bathroom was upstairs + 3 bedrooms +1 bath downstairs. We are 2 couples sharing villa + up several times a night as we are 78 + 79. That was hard but made it work.

Paradise in Páros
My favorite thing about this property is the fact that it is not handled by an agency. We were lucky to be there at the same time as the owner, Kostas. Kostas is a wonderful host. He was very helpful and clear regarding the property and all of our needs. He is responsive and quick to offer help and/or guidance. We were a party of six - three adults, two young adults, and one teen. All houses were booked during our stay but we did not feel overcrowded in the common space at any point in time. We ate out a bit, cooked in a bit, enjoyed the veranda, the pool. the beaches, and towns. My 13yo son said we must go back to Páros and stay at Kostas' place again! I agree.

Lovely time in Paros
The property is in a beautiful setting with an unobstructed view of the sea. The home is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We were met at the port by the cousin of the owner. She kindly guided us to the property and made sure we were settled in. The refrigerator was stocked with many items....bread, cheese, ham, fresh fruit, honey, wine, water, etc. The communication with both the owner and cousin was excellent. They were always very responsive and helpful. The owner provided recommendations for outings during our stay in Paros. Paros was definitely a highlight of our time in Greece due to the owner's warm hospitality!

Wedding week in Paros
My first time to Greece was an absolute dream because of this property. It was the most beautiful, picturesque and overall amazing home. Kostas and his cousin were great hosts, gave my friends and I great recommendations and were extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone! 10/10. I definitely plan to go back to Greece in the future and will absolutely stay at this home again.

There are so many things that make this a special property: Beautiful view over a pristine bay. Gorgeous sunsets and pool. Lovely bbq area where we grilled almost every night. But the highlight was the warmth and hospitality of Kostas and his family. He was incredibly responsive, kind and looked after everything. He and his family were so welcoming with ideas about the island and tips on what to see and explore. We consider them friends even just after a (too short) 2 week trip.

Great property, very clean and tastefully decorated, fully equipped, with a fabulous view and a lovely pool. It's a bit off the beaten track and you end up driving a lot--to beaches, restaurants, etc.--but the property and the view are well worth it. Kostas (owner/manager) is incredibly nice and helpful. We will definitely go back to Paros and will schedule the trip so that we can stay with Kostas again!
