Booked a 2 queen room for 4 people, and upon arrival were given only one king bed. One king bed for 4 adults. No refunds or compensation. A limit of two devices per room is not enough, and once logged out to try and share the wifi between people we could not log back in even though we were not at the 2 device limit.

It was great for beach access. Nothing in our room worked. Coffee pot was broke. Stove was broke. We had to switch on and off the breakers to use it. Toilet would tflush half the time.
