I really liked how smooth the check in was. Very attentive staff and shout-out to the valet. Room was clean and spacious. There was a construction site next to the hotel which prevented me from having a nice city view from my room but it still was a great overall experience.

Lack of towels supplied. Room had accumulated dust in the slatted pocket doors. Location was great, staff was great, beds were comfortable. Stock more towels and a thorough cleaning would make this hotel really nice.

They ran out of toilet tissue for their guest. Not all the elevators worked, so it took nearly an hour to get off one of the top floors.
