8.4/10 Very Good! (3,529 reviews)
The room was large, clean, quiet, and comfortable. No issue there.
The downsides were there was no actual front desk staff, just a video screen that sometimes didn't even have a clerk at attendance. I went down there more than once to see a "staff is currently away" message. The place feels eerie and empty with just guests and no staff around.
In addition, the elevator was broken for a day, and the sketchy looking vending machine on the 3rd floor took my money and didn't give me a drink.
