However the lady at checkout this morning was very nice and courteous. The room was very decent, except for the lack of outlets and especially for not having one by the nightstand. The gym is in a shocking state, and the gardens are sadly neglected. That said, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the food was excellent.
