In a quiet neighborhood just four miles from downtown Paso Robles, a wonderful vacation home sits ready for fun-filled moments, both inside and out.

Private backyard with a large swimming pool & slide. Seating and dining options throughout. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and a well-appointed kitchen make this the perfect spot for friends and family alike.

Downstairs features a large dining table, open concept kitchen, and living room with a gas fireplace. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. Large glass sliders lead you out to the expansive backyard.

The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare the most lavish of meals and if you prefer to cook outside, there are two BBQs ready and waiting.

Two bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds.
Head upstairs to the massive master bedroom which looks out over the backyard. The bedroom has a Cal King bed and attached bath with a walk-in closet. There are three additional bedrooms (Queen beds) and a shared full bathroom.

The property has been set up for full functionality, a great place to get together with family and friends alike.

Family Vacation
It was our family’s summer vacation that we look forward to every year. This trip we experienced a heat wave with temperatures reaching 115 degrees during our stay. The A/C kept the house very cool and comfortable and we enjoyed the pool throughout the day. The home is very accommodating for a large family and privies the comforts of home.

Family reunion
We chose this property as home base for my and my sister’s families to share quality time together relaxing in and around the pool, playing bocce ball, and sitting around the fire pit in the evenings and on the back deck. A family wedding drew us to the location. The property was well-cared for and the owners responded quickly to a couple of minor issues. I highly recommend this property to others wanting a respite from hotel life.

Whole family getaway
My husband and I and our three children with spouses and 2 children had a great time staying here. It was close to everything, we went and saw solario, we went to several wineries and the distillery, we spent a lot of time at the pool and playing bocce ball, allowed everybody to have privacy and still be together.

Relaxing reunion
We had a fantastic time at this wonderfully equipped home. We are a group who loves to cook and the kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed (and then some!) The yard was perfect for our multi-generational reunion - fun for kids and comfortable for adults. Great common areas and plenty of privacy as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Paso Bachelorette Trip
It was the perfect Girls Gone Mild weekend! My friends and I enjoyed the gorgeous home and all it had to offer. We did yoga by the beautiful pool, cooked in the large kitchen, slept great in the comfy beds, and loved that we were just a short drive away from all that Paso had to offer! Couldn’t recommend picking this for your next trip!!

43rd Wedding Anniversary Trip
What a beautiful warm & inviting home to stay and play with toddlers to mature adults. Plenty of room to move around inside, important especially on a rainy day! Outside areas are lovely too, although we had to dodge the intermittent showers so we couldn't fully avail ourselves of all the fun right on site. Highly recommended for large groups that enjoy cooking and spending time together in a quiet setting away from the downtown area but very close! We plan to come back again since everyone had such a great time!

Great property with great outdoor space
Very nice large property so a group will do wonderful here. It also has a very beautiful outside area with a pool and bocce ball. We played bocce and spent time outside for sure but would love to come back in the summer to really take advantage of the pool. Easy drive to the wineries and downtown Paso. Tom and Lisa were very easy to communicate with and proactive to ensure everything went smooth! Thanks

Fantastic getaway for large group
This property fit the bill in every way. The backyard was the biggest selling point. It’s bigger and better than it look from the photos with chairs and tables to accommodate many activities at once. We really enjoyed the fire pit and bocce court. The whole home is well appointed and equipped from housewares (glasses, dishes, serving plates, every kitchen appliance, 2 coffee makers one pod and one regular) to having 2 bbqs with full propane tanks, to ample parking for our multiple cars. Lots of areas for people to be together or to get away from the group. Great location, 10 minutes to downtown and very close to grocery store, coffee shops, and other businesses. The hosts, Tom and Lisa, promptly responded to any questions we had. I got a lot of props for finding this gem and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Very nice!
The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic and stores are within just a mile or two, depending on what you need. The house is beautiful and well maintained, well stocked too. The pool and the rear property is the "top attraction" of the property, very well maintained and even nicer than the photos. I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as we did. Thanks for the great stay!

Great vacation spot
We greatly enjoyed Lisa and Tom’s place in Paso Robles. It rained most of our vacation and there was a leak in the living room from the roof where the solar panels were installed, but Lisa and Tom were very quick to respond and address the situation and it worked out just fine. The bocce ball courts are great to have. The pool is nice but it was too cold and rainy for us to use. The kitchen and adjoining family room were great for our extended family. The interior cameras in the living room and kitchen that are focused on the entryways were disconcerting at first as they appear to be getting electricity and we were concerned about having video and audio recorded, but Lisa and Tom assured us that they were inactive. I do think it should be noted in the literature so it’s not a surprise when seen. Overall though, it’s a great house and a great location and Tom and Lisa were great hosts so we will definitely book it again if we’re in the area.

Wonderful Time had By All
Renting this property was hassle free. Prior to our arrival, any and all questions were answered quickly and it was easy to contact the property manager by phone. Our stay was delightful. This property had plenty of bedrooms for our family of 12. (Plus 2 children). Also, the backyard is very spacious with lots of sitting areas. The Bocce Ball court was a huge hit especially with it so close to the fire pit. I would recommend this property for any group looking for a clean, quiet house with plenty of space.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home. We were a group of nine women getting away for our 60th birthday celebration. The house is amazing and in a great location. Plenty of room for everyone and great places to all hang out! Close to the wineries and downtown. Highly recommend!

This house is beautiful
A group of adults for a 20th anniversary weekend. This property is close to everything we wanted to do in Paso Robles. Wine tasting and dinner out was within a few miles. And the house itself was perfect. The pool was beautiful and relaxing in the heat, and the outside space was inviting and fun. The driveway had plenty of parking for 4 big trucks. This property really accommodated everything we could need. I would absolutely recommend!

The best Bach in Paso
Thank you Lisa and Tom for providing our group with the most idyllic setting to celebrate our friend for the weekend. The house was beautiful; we had the best time swimming in the pool and cooking meals in the kitchen. The bathrooms were spotless and each bedroom set up with down-alternative pillows and bedding, which was SO appreciated. There were swim towels enough for everyone, which was so thoughtful. And our group of 10 friends could fit perfectly around the tables, which made hanging out together at home a real treat. Thank you for the best weekend, Tom and Lisa!

Something for everyone in the family!
We loved our stay in Paso - the kids spent hours and hours in the pool and never got bored and the adults cooked, ate, drank wine and chilled (and had some turns on the pool slide ourselves). Fantastic house, great location - close to the very cute downtown area with really nice places to eat, drink and shop, as well as a pretty awesome water park! We would love to return someday and highly recommend it.

Great house for family vacation!!
My family and I all agreed that this house was a wonderful place to spend our annual family vacation. For us it had the exact perfect amount of beds so everyone could have a private place to sleep or get away for a few minutes if necessary. The house, pool, bocce court were all amazing. We had three kids with us and we probably spent 5 to 7 hours a day in and around the pool having fun. We are all bocce players so we absolutely enjoyed having a court in the backyard. Paso Robles has some amazing wineries which we took full advantage of too. The host was efficient and kind. We had no problems checking in or out and the one phone call I made to him while we were there was answered right away. I would give this an overall five stars but there were just a few small items that kept me from doing that. I would definitely book this house again and my whole family agreed that we would all come back to this beautiful home!!
