“We were trapped in the hotel lift for over 20 minutes when the doors failed to open. Despite repeated emergency calls from inside the lift, the hotel did not arrange emergency assistance. I eventually had to call 112 myself, and the fire brigade came to rescue us. My mother became unwell while trapped and was assessed by emergency medical personnel afterwards. What was particularly disappointing was the hotel’s response: there was no proper follow-up, apology or explanation after such a serious……

“Das Hotel hat bereits Modernisierungen teilweise aufgenommen. Wenn alles fertig ist, könnte es schon sehr schön werden. Der alte Gasthaus, wo auch das Frühstücksbuffet steht, ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wintergarten mit weiteren Plätzen und bei Schönwetter, die Außenterasse sind zu präferieren. Ggf. vorher zwecks Res. für den Abend erfragen. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr vielfältig. Die Basics waren vorhanden, aber da ist noch für ein 4 Sterne Haus im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels,……
