3 good things : house keeping, the swimming pool and the staff at the restaurants … other wise 1- my room in first tower had a bad sewage smell from the sink and I had called for it , solution was draining but it continued to smell I gave up 2- reception desk : attitude - they are like kings no smile , very rigid , and overall unhelpful we asked to switch rooms and they were unhelpful 3- no one explains l to you anything about the amenities and you have to figure it out on your own 4 Swandor app was not working 5- gust relations: are gust no relation : except for Delacruz..food was plenty and tons of variety but without taste —- I came to experience Turkish food —- it is more so as commercial no taste food … what a shame ! A waste of money …
And absolutely bad impression about this resort .. will not do it again ..
