All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and looking amazing.
The only minor downside to our stay was the air conditioning/ heating not working as a consequence of the refurbishment. The brilliant staff had a portable heater put in our room within minutes.
Excellent service from excellent staff.
Looking forward to staying again.

The need to have ID for every adult in the flat for "health and safety" reasons is ridiculous. The flat itself was very nice though.

We took an upgrade to a Superior King room, bit warn. Chips in furniture, stains on carpet and chairs. Looked like sesame seeds under glass on night stand.
Have stayed here before and had a smaller yet nicer room
