I booked an ocean villa and out of my window was garbage dirty plates from night before broken furniture. The room was moody the ceiling had stained, the fan harden been cleaned for months . The entrance door was filthy with dirt. Stayed 3 days had to ask for room to be cleaned otherwise no service .suppose to have a roof top but just a concrete seat with rusty table and plain concrete floor. Windows not been cleaned for months.
