“The room was in no position to be let out. The tv was not working. The locker was not working. It’s a booking for 3 people and they just had 2 towels in the room. After multiple requests they bring just one towel. The lack of attention to details is appalling. “Stayed here for 2 nights with family of 8 people. Excellent location, just 5min walk to The Golden Temple (since it was so close, have to use the small auto for last leg of journey).
