Love this hotel—the management is amazing and truly focused on us having the best time!

Only giving 4 stars because of 2 things.. First thing was the Jaccuzi area was the only part not updated and it was kind of sad to walk into that. They updated everything else except that area and I can only guess the tub has been there probably since the 90s.. Also the mattress was very hard, but my husband loved it! Everything else was amazing including breakfast. The room was clean and staff was pleasant. We even got fresh belgian waffles in the morning to perfect our little valentines staycation! Will be back again!

Pros: Staff very friendly and hotel very clean. Cons: breakfast was below average(many items low stock or unavailable) and poor quality. They did not have butter for two days. Ran out of coffee another day. Staff apologized for the lack of certain items. Pool was being worked on every day and was closed every day for a period of time while they figured out the chemicals. The hot tub was super foamy like a bubble bath and smelled odd and the pool area had such a strong chlorine smell that made it unenjoyable. Maintenance person was very friendly and let us know when he was working on the pool.
