So upsetting, we booked this room and paid for it. It was a long drive for my husband and when he got there they said they over booked and didn't have a room for him. When a few hours before that I received a message and they asked when he'd be there to check in. I said its a long drive, he'll be there around 8 or 830 and didn't receive a response. They offered him a room at a different hotel that had worse rating and no in room wifi (a reason why we booked) that he needed for work in the morning. We had to find another hotel last minute that cost us $250 more out of pocket. Very inconvenient and rude to give a paid room to someone else. If its paid for, shouldn't matter if someone checks in at 4 pm or 11:59 pm.

Upstairs was too hot so had to sleep in the single beds

It was convenient.

Rooms were exceptionally clean. The view from the balcony of the river was so relaxing. Currents restaurant was conveniently located to walk back-and-forth to the room and the meals were excellent.
