We were very much made to feel like we were at home. All the staff are incredibly kind and go the extra mile to make your stay and holiday relaxing or fun. The facilities are all clean and excellent. We preferred to go to the beaches but the pool is helpful to have and a good size. Breakfast is delicious and watch out for the little cat who will become your friend the moment you have a meal. There is a bus stop outside the hotel (albeit the buses run very irregularly). You can walk into Lakka in 10 minutes or Loggos which is more like 30 minutes away. If you are happy with Lakka then you don't need private transport, whereas if you want to explore, I'd advise you rent a car. It is more expensive than some other hotels, but I'm pleased with our decision.
