Good safe hotel with excellent staff. Extremely close to the Gallagher conference center and perfect for exhibitors/visitors to the show.

Hotel bien ubicado en una zona limpia y segura de la ciudad. Agradable y cómodo. Buen desayuno. Personal muy atento y simpático, tanto en la recepción, como en el restaurante durante el desayuno. Restaurantes, comercio y transporte cercanos. Nice and clean hotel with a good location in a safe area of the city. Good breakfast. Restaurants, shops and transports nearby. Ellipse has a fantastic location right next to Mall of Africa, and the aparthotel itself was very nice, but poor internal communication significantly hurt the experience. Check-in was confusing since I received no prior instructions, and despite arriving after the 3:00 PM check-in time, I had to wait in the hallway while housekeeping finished up. Later, I was granted an extra hour for late checkout (12:00 PM) because I was unwell, but management failed to notify staff. Housekeeping knocked at 11:00 AM and again at 11:30 AM, completely disrupting my rest. On top of that, the 6-digit access code repeatedly malfunctioned when trying to exit the building and parking areas. It’s a great property, but management urgently needs a centralized communication system.
