Loved - location, room, room amenities, parking, Water Park, housekeeping staff and housekeeping performance. All exceeded expectations Okay - value for the money, other staff members. Been elsewhere where these things were better. Unacceptable - charging a resort fee on top of room fee, then charging above average ticket price for the water park. Also, outdoor pool was advertised as being free with room stay we were not allowed access without paying for water park access, staff member claimed she 'did not know how to open the locked gates' that should have allowed us access to the outdoor pool using our room key card. Not likely to return as a result of these hidden junk fees.
