It was a great experience, all the staff very kind, friendly, perfect service. All the areas very clean. Totally recommend.

Bed sheets didn’t seem like they were cleaned. Found nasty stains on sheets and comforter. Asked for new bedding and the comforter they gave us had a blood stain.

First timer at this hotel. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Let me have very early check in as I was there for a WNBA game and had a morning flight. Dining options were good and I went to an amazing Irish pub for happy hour that was cheap and food on point. I didn’t use the pools or lazy river as it was 97 out but will the next time I stay there.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
