“Appartement au 1er étage et très bien situé. Métro à 7/8mn à pied, restaurants proches (je conseille le VIPS). Place de parking en sous-sol, même s'il ne faut pas avoir une trop grosse voiture.Très bon contact avec Silvia.Il y a la clim mais seulement dans le fond du salon. Du coup, obligée d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour dormir et côté rue c'est très bruyant. Je pense que Silvia fera le nécessaire pour apporter des ventilateurs.Seul bémol, la petite salle de bain, très petite, et aucune pression……

Comunicación fluida con propietario, nos dejó salir una hora más tarde a la salida por petición nuestra, un detalle a agradecer.
