This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

We had a wonderful stay at The Whitehall hotel for my sister’s birthday! Special thanks to Ana Maria, the house supervisor, for welcoming us warmly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient because of her! For breakfast, we were expecting a breakfast buffet but were surprised at the a la carte style and how good it was. Would recommend anyone to stay here!
