Very nice hotel 5 min walk into albufeira square, bit of a steep hill to get back but not too bad.
Staff extremely helpful when I moved from the first hotel I'd booked (it was awful)
Room very clean, shower good although I prefer a cubicle it was ok over the narrow bath. Air-conditioning very good.
Breakfast continental but good.

Washing machine but no clothes horse!
Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning.
On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack

I had a really enjoyable stay here and would happily return.
The staff were fantastic throughout my stay. Vinicius was kind, polite, friendly, and always happy to help. There was also another member of staff whose name I unfortunately didn't get. She had mousy blonde hair and was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and a real credit to the hotel.
The hotel and my room were spotless. Everything was exceptionally clean, the room was comfortable, and the temperature was well maintained.
The location is excellent, only a 2–3 minute walk from the beach. I was initially worried that the hotel being on a slight slope would be an issue, but it really wasn't. The sloped section itself takes less than a minute to walk, even when coming back from the beach.
The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the Wi-Fi, which was very poor in my room. I had to rely on my mobile data, and with most TV channels being in Portuguese, I had limited entertainment when relaxing. There is also a nearby bar that sometimes plays music until around 1–1:30 a.m., but it wasn't rowdy and never felt excessive.
The breakfast buffet was okay and good value for money (12.50 euros), and I'm looking forward to seeing the new bar once it's finished.
Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return and would reccommend to others.
