Clean room , easy parking amazing staff very friendly and respectful and fast. We have been visiting las hadas for over 5 years and i see more friendly staff. Love the breakfast options and fiesta Mexicana was so fun. Natalia was very professional and check us in so very fast. Our car guys are so helpful. Wish you guys offer to go bags for breakfast our kid was sick and didn’t get nothing to eat even if we paid the all inclusive. We loved our suit and our room was spotless no complaints at all. I love the new snack options by the pool.
