Everything you want in a condo on the beach
We have rented many condos over the years at various places, This has been the best experience we have ever had.The images were spot on, Yvonne and Nestor were extremely helpful in answering our questions and giving helpful information. A wonderful condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key and particulary this condo unit. We have stayed in many condos and this one was by far the best. It is large, attractively decorated, well stocked in the kitchen, and the owners were attentive to our needs. Yavonne was very helpful with answering our questions and giving suggestions for activities and restaurants. The Indigo grounds are lovely. There is both a cold water pool and a heated pool as well as a hot tub. The beach is just steps away. If you're lucky you might see dolphins swimming by or even a fly-over by the Blue Angels. We have already booked this unit for next year!

Anniversary Trip
Amazing stay at this property. It was everything as advertised. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and helped with questions, suggestions and to address any concerns. Condo was very clean. Check-in process was very easy. The location was very convenient to all the beaches, sights and restaurants. This was an anniversary trip. The hosts left us a gift to celebrate which was a really nice surprise. Definitely will consider booking this property on future visits to the area.

Million Dollar View!
My husband and I truly enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful condo - our second stay in this very unit! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and linens, kitchen stocked with everything you need, and a view like no other! The hosts are great and very responsive. The pool area is always clean and well kept up! The people are wonderful that we have met while enjoying the pool and grounds. We just love it here! Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful condo. This has to be the largest 2 bedroom condo we have ever rented on the beach. Really enjoyed the beach umbrella / chair rental available right on the beach in front of the condominium. Very nice not to have to lug the chairs & umbrella’s to and from the beach everyday (plus I am sure it helps with limiting the sand in the units). We would definitely rent this place again!!!

Our condo had amazing views & the resort was top notch! Especially the landscaping, cleanliness & great security. The owners always responded in a timely manner & very accommodating. The kitchen was a bit small, but had everything we needed. I suggested the owners leave detailed instructions on use of the large TV in the living room. Rather complicated & had to call the office for help. Carpet needed replacing or at least cleaned. Otherwise a lovely, enjoyable place to rent.

Paradise
We’ve been coming to Perdido key for 25 years and have stayed in several different condominiums. This particular condo is by far the best. everything was sparkling, clean, comfortable, tastefully, decorated and peaceful and quiet.Also, the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed and then some. The bed was very comfortable. The owners were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Indigo has a wonderful vibe and the grounds are very beautiful with pretty Palm trees. We’d definitely recommend #1903 and will look forward to returning hopefully soon!

Let It Be In Perdido Key!
The condo was fabulous: furnished and equipped, both king beds were comfortable and slept good, the crow's nest view from 19 was fabulous, and the new owners were fabulous. The condo was supplied well and not skimpy like some owners do. The condo had just sold days before and VRBO required a refund from the old owners and re-booking with new. The new owners carefully reserved our planned stay and were kind and patient until done. Once there, we found a couple of needs and the new owners responded immediately. The condo was a 10 and the owners were an 11. One puzzler is how the beach equipment rental service is not considerate to share good beach spots with those who bring their own umbrellas & chairs. They were only renting about 25% of their chairs daily. We counted. The high season was over. One was curt with me when I was unaware and in his way bringing chairs to set up for the day.

This was our first time in this area, it was our second annual mother/daughter trip with my 2 teenage daughters, 1 had graduated the night before we arrived. I can't say enough about this unit and property. The unit was packed with all the essentials, it was clean, the property was well managed and we absolutely will be back.

2023 January stay during restoration projects
The condo was just as explained in the description and very nice. In addition, I was very appreciative of Judd's thorough, detailed, and transparent information sharing related to the ongoing restoration project as more information became available to him. Judd called multiple times leading up to my stay to provide updates and answered questions quickly when I would follow up. In addition, the owners proactively offered to honor my rates at a different time of year if I choose to not come during January. The gesture to honor the rates was very nice. Also, beaches and restaurants are great in the Perdido Key area.

Want to keep it a secret!
We have stayed at several places in the area, and this was among the nicest. The place is just as pictured. The morning dolphin show was routine- with a baby leaping from the water. Walks to the National Seashore, dinner at Jellyfish, and an evening in Pensacola for a great meal at Jackson’s rounded out the week. Rising to the amazing views in such a comfortable space was just what we needed!

Perfect spot for a perfect vacation…
This property is perfect. My wife, daughter(4), son(1), and myself love this condo! Not only is the condo itself amazing, so is the pool area and the private beach access. The restaurants surrounding the property are amazing, as well as The Perdido Bay Seafood Market! The Pattens are wonderful and gracious owners. We are returning visitors and plan to return for many many more stays.
