Yes, it was everything we had hoped for. Well located and appointed. Close to everything. The best part was the helpful YOUROPO staff. RITA was amazingly helpful. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Her assistance made our visit so much more enjoyable. Her colleague, LUZ, was also very detailed and wonderful to work with. Thank you! Broken internet. Clean room. Have to pay to use pool unless you bring your own swimming cap. No draft beer at hotel bar. Room service prompt and inexpensive.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to literally everything. The street the hotel is on doesn’t allow cars so it’s very quiet. It’s right beside a huge market when you can get everything from fruit to cheese to snacks to wine. The apartment was so clean and has everything you need. The communication with the staff was impeccable. Very quick and very helpful. This is an easy 5 rating.

The suite was well layed out and came complete with a small kitchenette. Very walkable from our location. The staff were amazing. I had questions before we even started our vacation and they were quick to respond. Upon arrival, they were extremely helpful in trying to make our vacation a memorable experience. The only concern would be the first flight of stairs that had to be climbed before reaching the elevator. If stairs are an issue then this could be game changing. We didn’t give it a second thought. All the positives out weighed this one negative. We highly recommend this location. It should be noted that they have a few other properties in the area.
