All good - took our grand kids and they loved the pool and the spa. Easy walk to good parks and shops. Mandurah has lots to offer and the Atrium is central. Will stay again.

Loved this accommodation, my only gripe would be there were 3 mirrors in suite but none of them had sufficient lighting around them to apply makeup proficienrly.... was hit and miss!

When we walked into out $200 a night room it smelt musty. The towel rails were falling off. The place in general is just very old and need modernising. The customer service was excellent so no complaint there

Resort is quite dated, as other travelers had commented. It was close to the few restaurants that were open (from Sunday to Tuesday!) but the downside for us was the lack of information that the hotel restaurant was closed the whole time we were there. A mention of this at reception, in the room or in the lifts would have helped! They even gave us copies of the menus, breakfast & dinner when we arrived, with times available, but no mention of what days they were closed!

Dated and disappointing

This place is old and dated. While staying there the place was being renovated so we could not use the facilities. The shower was small with cracked tiles and hair from the previous occupant. With Covid I would’ve thought bottled water to be included but it was not.

We were informed over the phone prior to our stay that full dinner and breakfast dining would be available during our stay; IT WASN'T. If we were correctly informed we wouldn't have stayed at the Atrium. This dishonesty means we won't be staying there again. Also, the room we were in 320 was very tired looking and this area was very noisy throughout the night.

Bed, bathroom, clean.pans fat left on, no shelf in fridge, sofas dusty,crumbs, step carpet very worn n frayed, corridors taped as ceiling leaking in several places. No use of pool, restaurant, spa..very disappointing as a NZer taking Perth family to a resort after covid freedom. Asked for refund as cancelled 2nd night, went to Seashells which was amazing , paid alot extra, but wanted to make up for night before.

Unfortunately, on arrival to the room we discovered the toilet seat was broken and created a safety issue. Later in the evening when returning to the room, to our sheer horror! we noticed blood stains on bed sheets to one of the single beds. We obviously avoided that bed and had to make do with the small sofa. In the morning we reported all the above and was informed that they would look into this but have had no feedback from the hotel to date!

We stayed for 2 nights, first night no problem, second night was the worst night in my hisory of staying in a hotel, as we literally had no sleep due to the next door guests which were partying all night and morning. Called after hours care taker but didn't make a difference. Knocking and kicking our door. Singing on balcony. Spoke to Atrium manager , she will give 1 night compensation refund. (understatement)
