This lovingly restored home is bursting with character, seamlessly complemented by a sleek modern extension. Here’s what you’ll enjoy: Three spacious bedrooms: Thoughtfully designed for comfort, each room boasts plush bedding and a serene ambiance. Two stylish bathrooms: Featuring modern fixtures and plenty of space for everyone to freshen up. Open-plan living and dining: Soaked in natural light, the contemporary living area offers ample room to relax, dine, and create memories. Fully equipped kitchen: Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet feast, this kitchen has everything you need. Outdoor Bliss Step outside to discover a generous outdoor space that’s perfect for soaking up the Tasmanian sun. Location, Location, Location Perfectly situated for convenience and adventure: 10 minutes to Launceston Airport – Ideal for travelers looking for easy access. 15 minutes to Launceston City – Explore its vibrant cafes, shops, and cultural attractions. Charming Perth Village – Just a short stroll away, you'll find delightful local eateries, the pub and an IGA supermarket Guests have access to the whole property We are available at anytime during your stay. Simply give us a call and we'll be happy to help No parties. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this. A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition. Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50. If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
