The location is good, with good view. The service is good but slow. The poor part is the air condition , which is directly blowing to pillars . It makes us sick after one night stay.

There is difference between mediocre and the best hotel. I would say Westin is easily the best hotel I have stayed in Perth. Good service but noisy room
The room window isn’t sound proof; the first room I was staying looking at the main road, the noise from outside traffic came into the room. The hotel needs to do more for it. Whereas, the staff are very helpful to find another room facing backyard for me to change.
