“À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un manque de propreté dans l’appartement. Celui-ci était très poussiéreux, notamment au niveau du canapé et de ses tissus. La douche et le tapis de bain étaient également particulièrement sales. L’évier présentait des taches et la porte d’entrée comportait encore des projections de liquide.Nous avons également constaté que le canapé était déchiré sur plusieurs bords et que certains de ces défauts n’étaient pas clairement visibles sur les photos, notamment en……

“Very orderly and neat. Small room with a window, great quiet area. First time in Luxembourg and I loved it; no complaints. Attendant was very kind to stay past 9 when I checked in. It’s europe, so no a/c but I did bring a small fan that did the trick. Private bathroom in the room with an adequately sized shower, clean linens and towels, kitchenette featured a small cooking electric burner, a small cubic fridge and freezer. 10/10”

“SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. ”

“DO NOT BE DECEIVED by what's posted on the website ( in my case Expedia). The pictures posted are great but in reality it's TERRIBLE. Floors are squeaking. Toilet and bathroom and kitchen are common to other guests next door or even from guests upstairs. They have a rule if someone makes a mess in the kitchen, they could charge you big money for cleaning fee, my question was, what if the next door neighbor made a mess, who are they going charge? They also have a rule, if you make stains……
