"We stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it! The staff were so lovely and greeted us when we arrived. The room was amazing and had everything we needed and was very modern and clean. There was a bus stop to and from the airport right outside the hotel and was a 5 minute walk to the old town but there was also loads of shops and cafes around it too. We had the best experience here and will definitely book this hotel again when we next come to Corfu!"

"You can believe all the other reviews about this property - we would give it more than 5 stars if we could. Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024. The rooms were clean & full of little touches you’d expect in a 5 star property. They even left dishwasher tablets just in case you needed to use it. The lounge was large, comfortable & clean with high end furnishings....

The property know this but failed to communicate it to allow travellers to make a decision as to whether they still want to stay. "It was our second stay. Everything was good. Except 3 issues. There should be more cups etc. In the kitchen available. Second issue is wifi that most of the time is very poor or doesn't work at all and it needs some upgrade. And 3rd we decided not to use swimming pool this time, because it becomes basically public swimming pool. Entire neighborhood and people who doesn't stay at Avra coming to use the pool and when we arrived dog was swimming in the pool. It was quite discouraging to use the...

"What I liked: the owners/staff was very friendly, the pool, location Now I understand that this was a comfort apartment but I still disliked: the creaking beds, the doors that do not close properly and its locks are very noisy, other guests late in the night kept waking us up just by opening their doors, the kitchen part was poorly equipped, no big deal but only 1 butter knife for 2 people."

"The apartment is on the edge of a small but busy town. It backs on to beautiful clean water with views of the mainland and sunrise. Two brothers and their wives look after the guests, so there’s always someone around. Rooms are very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Aircon is extra, but we didn’t need it. "The service was great, specially Anastasia from reception! The room is nice and big. The only thing that was not so good was the extra bed made out of the sofa in the living room, it was too hard. But we would definitely return. "

"The luxury suite was great and spacious, the bar man Fortis was the best staff ever and made us feel welcome. We were only disappointed when the lady at reception made us wait whilst she ate for 20 mins when we needed our keycard to get back in our room. That wasn't good. However Fortis the bar man kept us happy with great conversation and apologies whilst we waited."
