Dimitra studios is a small complex, really well situated near Benitses Marina. The apartment was cleaned daily and was spotless. We paid for a balcony with sea view which was completely uninterrupted. The staff were friendly, we generally had the pool to ourselves and there was always somewhere to park the hire car. The rooms and kitchen and bathroom are basic, but that is in line with the price. The A/C worked well, if a bit noisy. It does need some maintenance, and a bit of investment. It is Cofu on a budget with a pool and a view. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate its simple Greek, no frills charm.

Das Zimmer war stickig und die Möbel waren sehr alt. Die Küche war durch die Feuchtigkeit am schimmeln es kamen Gerüche heraus. Die Dusche hatte keinen Vorhang und die Toilette war auch sehr alt . Struttura abbastanza spartana.. essenziale. Un po di rinnovamento non sarebbe affatto male. Pulizia impeccabile e la signora che gestisce la struttura è gentilissima. Ho richiesto la sostituzione di una branda (il terzo letto) e mi ha aiutato in pochissimo tempo. Unico neo il bagno: davvero piccolo e la doccia un po scomoda: piccola e con la tenda. Ottima anche la piscina! Fruibile gratuitamente e sempre in ordine. La posizione per la visita dell’isola è ottima sia per la parte nord che per il sud. Dal terrazzo abbiamo potuto ammirare splendide albe. Con una passeggiata di pochi minuti si raggiunge una zona ricca di ristoranti, e negozi. In definitiva tutto molto bene: sarebbe favoloso con un po di rinnovamento degli alloggi.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen um von Benitses die Insel zu erkunden mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Am Pool mit Meerblick kann man sich auch sehr gut erholen. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt ist, dass das Zimmer etwas Muffig gerochen hat und die Klima einen kleinen Wackelkontakt hat. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl dort gefühlt und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut.

Property has no lighting. Be careful getting around in the dark. Phone number listed on office door is useless because when you call, no one answers. They're not very flexible with last minute bookers. They should be more attentive to customers that are having difficult situations that book last minute and answer their phones.

Nice pool and great ocean view from my room. I stayed in room 12 and they had a de-humidifier running so the room is definitely not intense smelling. To me, it didn't smell, but all noses are different. I found it just fine. I think they've been working on it. The bed isn't rock hard. I would say medium and good for most. For the price, this was perfect for the night and I could have done a few more. I woke up to a bouquet of trash in a bag in a chair in front of my door. Maybe that was the grumpy neighbor that's staying there long-term. But, no bother, I moved it, sat down and enjoyed the magnificent views. Short walk to some great restaurants. I recommend Vana's Family Restaurant. And, I recommend Dimitra.

Very clean place to stay in a very quiet location in Benistes. It’s just up a small hill, across the road from the Benistes Marina. Our accommodation consisted of a good sized bedroom with 2 single beds with a large window that overlooks the ocean. There is a small functioning kitchen with everything that you would need for your stay and a small functioning bathroom with a shower. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. There is also housekeeping every day so you don’t have to worry about fresh towels or emptying your bins. I would highly recommend. PS: This accommodation consists of self catering studios so you have to prepare your own meals as there is no restaurant on site.

It has a rather good enviroment with specatular viw directly to the sea for some of the appartments. Some of the appartments are also renovated a give a sense of cleaningless and accomodation while some others seem to be left from 1980's decorations. All in all the plaxe is clean safe with a lots of parking space and rather near to the sea and Benitses market. I would choose to stay again if I plan my vacations in Corfu.
