Gostei bastante do imóvel, tem uma ótima localização fui a vários lugares a pé até no polo de Olaria pesar de não ser tão perto porém da para fazer uma caminhada boa fui duas vezes lá a pé tem mercado e padaria perto. A Carla é uma excelente anfitriã responde prontamente ao ser acionada nos deixou bastante a vontade ela é muita agradável o imóvel estava bem limpo. A única dificuldade foi para o estacionamento porém em frente tem estacionamento privado !
