Pewel Ślemieńska Vacations from $870

Avoid this property at all costs. We booked Liv Apartments specifically because breakfast was included and delivered to the room. On arrival, we were wrongly told we had to pay extra and had to spend hours arguing before they honoured the booking. After one correct breakfast, they ignored our meal choices and repeatedly delivered the same meat breakfasts despite my partner being vegan. They then stopped responding to calls and messages altogether. To make matters worse, the apartment itself was in poor condition: broken windows, a broken hairdryer, a broken shower head, and towels that smelled terrible. Customer service was non-existent, communication was ignored, and the services advertised were simply not provided. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Also avoid as there is active tram line outside the property that won't let you sleep.

An excellent hotel in a great location, with most of the main tourist attractions just around the corner. We loved the breakfast—it was very varied and generous, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel. The entire team is very professional, attentive, and committed to providing excellent service.

Hotel was lovely rooms were nice and clean - the only thing I would say they need a mirror in the room not just bathroom. The only negative thing I would say is the breakfast wasn’t the best - there was no proper breakfast- what bits they had ie scrambled egg was sloppy, no sausage, no bacon - there were meats and cheese and bread - a bit disappointing for us.
