"No le gustó mucho a la dueña que hayamos llegado (2 horas) antes de lo establecido. Por desgracia no había otro horario de buses, ya que no fuimos en coche. Al final se acercó y nos entregó las llaves 30 min antes de la normativa. "Arriving late after a cancelled flight the concierage was incredabily helpful, and his humour helped with what had been a long day. He also advised on connection options and arranged a taxi for us. The suite was comfy, clean and well laid out. There was space for all 4 of us with the two children sharing the sofa bed."
