“We booked the same day when most hotels in the area were full. It’s in the heart of downtown. Easy and courteous check in process. The room was clean and the beds (although quite low to the ground) were extremely comfy. My family had a great night of sleep. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We had no complaints. Will use again. ”
“Property is very clean but showing some usage strains. Lots of restaurants and shopping within short driving distance. Room was quiet and clean. Pillows were almost too soft. Would prefer something a little to the medium firm side. ”
“Eric was very helpful. I had a problem come up that was unrelated to the Hotel room, but rather parking specific. He was able to assist me with it and it was very much appreciated. When the folks at the front desk are able to resolve problems for you, it makes you feel like you are valued as a customer. I cannot say enough about that. Eric was top notch!
