“There were no blow dryers. The staff told me that they do not have them even though I have stayed at several and they do have them in the rooms. Other than that, staff was friendly. The bathroom shower was not cleaned very well.”

“This hotel does seem to be in some cosmetic distress. My particular room did have a lot of drywall cracks in the walls. Also the bathroom floor was uneven so the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The bathroom also had a lighted anti fog mirror that wasn’t working. They just put another light above the mirror instead of replacing the mirror. The second floor ice machine was out of order and the first floor ice machine made barely frozen ice. This is my first time staying at a la Quinta and……

“We have being here for 7 days, no service, no ventilation, u hafto bring ur towels down stairs to get new ones, there was roaches crawling all over the counter, we haft bring our own garbage to dispose in the back where they have a bin ,and the elevator got jammed and the emergency calling button do t work, and they close off front desk at nights ,oh BTW I spoke with a staff and she said guess gets service every 2 weeks, only thing good about here is the coffee,parking lot, ac and it's to ……

“The staff was amazing!! Very polite and helpful. The breakfast was really good and fresh. The only thing they need to put air conditioning in the hallways and the dinning area.”

“The pool looked like it had not Been cleaned in a while. Resort is right bedside a bridge that a lot of shady people were hanging out around. Room was clean, but half of the lights did not work and there were exposed wires.”
