"The room (premium suite) was clean, with a cute balcony and both a bathtub and shower. The breakfast was good; I wouldn’t have said AMAZING like some reviews. The coffee was really good and it was a treat to have passion fruit for breakfast. There was ongoing construction in the hotel which I found loud and annoying, but only after 8/9am. You really do see the planes take off and land from your window or the rooftop pool, yet the rooms are soundproof enough that you don’t hear them much. No issues with the cleanliness of the pool. The shuttle picked me up promptly per their instructions; a bit odd that they only offer you a shuttle one direction (to OR from the airport, not both) but a $5 taxi won’t break the bank. Overall I’m glad I choose this hotel!"

"We needed a place to stay from around 12am - 6am until our flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was exactly what we were looking for. The bathrooms are nearby and very clean and it’s a perfect way to get a little bit of rest for a long layover or waiting for a flight. Loved our stay here"

"Didn’t pick us up from the airport as agreed. Communication was very poor. I sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages trying to organise the airport pickup but received no response. Two days before our arrival, I finally got a message saying to call once we had collected our luggage. We landed at 1:00 am, which I had advised them of several times beforehand. I called eight times and sent multiple messages, but received no answer. To this day, I have still not received a response. If you’re planning to use this hotel for an overnight stay or transit flight, I would not recommend it based on my experience. The room was okay and breakfast was acceptable, but good communication and reliable service are important. I’m sure there are better hotels nearby where the staff are more responsive and organised."

"Near the airport about 5 mins drive and you can arrange pick up and drop off with the hitel staff. The room was clean and spacious and have all the necessary toiletries you’d need. They also have a massage chair on the reception you can pay and use which was great and a mini grocery should you need something quick! Staff are so friendly and helpful esp Loiue! Thank you for accomodating all my requests appreciate it :)"

"It was a clean room, breakfast not much selection, staff have to use google translate to communicate in English which works because I have booked for a room with balcony however they were able to give it because it was not available, but this was explained to me until I was in the room, hence needing a google translate to explain why it wasn’t provided. I didn’t demand further as I was led onto the room already and having a two way conversation is really hard. The day before I check in, I messaged them regarding an earlier check in but no reply. I’m ok that they have given me a room on earlier check in but just disappointed that there’s no window at all."
