"Booked here specifically to use the pool/waterpark. Arrived at 6pm & told it closes at 8 which was ok but the waterpark was not even open only 2 pools which were only 3.5 ft deep but nice. Lots of construction building new hotel building and spa. Then fire alarm went off at 10:30ish for quite a while ..."

But management needs a real connection to their people and their customers which they are severely lacking. There is absolutely no accommodations for handicapped people in wheelchairs. ..."

"The hotel was doing construction during our stay which required you to walk a long way to hotel lobby any time you came and went. It would have been nice to know that prior to booking and maybe them waving the self park fee during our stay to compensate."
