Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
"Booked here specifically to use the pool/waterpark. Arrived at 6pm & told it closes at 8 which was ok but the waterpark was not even open only 2 pools which were only 3.5 ft deep but nice. Lots of construction building new hotel building and spa. Then fire alarm went off at 10:30ish for quite a while ..."

"This place is very outdated. The tub had hair everywhere and I couldn’t bathe my daughter. If my load wasn’t oversized and pretty much didn’t have anywhere else to go I would have left. The laundry doesn’t work as well."
