Fully furnished (new furnitures), entire condo overlooks the AZ canal trail (running alley behind the complex), 2 queen size beds with large closets, 2 covered balconies, and 1 covered assigned parking space. Within walking distance there are two supermarkets, banks, restaurants, hospital, Arrowhead mall within 2 miles. Granite countertops, black appliances, maple cabinets, laminate/tile flooring, cable/tv, free Wi-Fi. Complex has pool, hot/tub/spa/sauna/tennis court, grill/barbecue, pool table located in club house/gym. Hiking trails, golf, cycling within minutes away. Location close to spring training stadiums , close to golf courses. Perfect places for couples wanting to spend 1-3 months in Arizona during the winter season. Very quiet neighborhood, don't need a car to do groceries shopping. Lots of restaurants and fast food across the street.

Updates needed
The sofa is a leather love seat (2) seats, and had rips on it nice size. The towel bar was glued several times and still falling off. The tub dripped none stop. ( did let owner know, is said she was aware of it). Definitely needs replacing Teflon is coming off. There is only one tv in the whole house ( very small) tv channels weren’t much. We will be staying at the same place next year,

It was clean, great location, quiet. The manager was great with getting back to me, the place was perfect!! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Cool haven in hot Glendale, Arizona!
There were all the basic amenities. Loved the covered parking space, shielding from the unbearable heat in Arizona! Liked the convenience of stores, restaurants, and the closeness to the clinic that my husband had the surgery. Be aware of the stairs for the wheelchair access! This was our first time in Arizona; and this place made us comfortable. Would consider staying there again in the future. Thank you!

Aurica made our month stay very comfortable. She promptly dealt with a minor issue with the cable TV. There were plenty of pool towels available and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. We would not hesitate to recommend her condo to friends.

Fully furnished rehabbed property with linens, kitchen wares and Wifi. Maria is a very pleasant woman, never got to meet her in person but she made everything turn key. There is a Frye's (aka Kroger) across the street and other fast food that can be walked to. A walking path or bike path is directly behind the unit. If you had a medical emergency, had help or were able, you could make to the hospital almost across the street faster than the first responders. Quick drive to many of the west side amusements. The neighborhood is safe and never saw a scary person of any kind.

Clean, Comfy, great location!
We had a small issue upon our arrival which was about 9:30-10pm. It was very dark & difficult to see to obtain the key in the lock box & the downstairs neighbors were banging on the ceiling yelling for us to “shut the F up” when we were literally walking into rooms & unpacking our suitcases. My husband went down & knocked on their door with no response. They never complained the rest of the stay. I notified our contact & got a quick response as well. The place was clean. Beds comfortable & it was in a good location. We were there to see our adult son for the holidays. He lives in Phoenix which was a quick 10 minute drive. We also walked on the trail behind the condo & enjoyed the beautiful day. Overall this was a great place to stay at a excellent value. We would stay again!

My husband and son stayed here during the USA Baseball tournament over the summer. When they arrived my son felt he just had to facetime me to show me what a great place this was. He even said it was nicer than a Disney Vacation Club Villa - and for a 14 year old that is saying something!

This condo was everything we hoped for - spacious, clean, secure, quiet, and nicely furnished. The pool area was also perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Location is excellent - close to restaurants, shopping, and baseball games. We will definitely choose this property again if we return to Phoenix!
