Clean, well cared for and comfortable home with a great pool. Residential neighborhood with close access to the freeway system. The area is a bit distant from the action in Phoenix and Scottsdale - which we were fine with - so keep that in mind. Great communication and interaction with owner. An easy recommendation from us.
