This spacious and beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a private pool is the ideal place for families, friends, golfers, football fans and spring training fans. Nestled in a quiet Surprise neighborhood, the home is centrally located to everything you need — from championship golf courses and Major League Baseball spring training facilities to shopping, dining, hiking, and desert adventures. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Whether you’re here to relax poolside, explore Arizona’s beauty, or catch some games, this desert oasis has it all. (Optional Heated pool for $40/night, please give a 72 hour notice and chose the heated custom fee)
