Kitchen is fully furnished... it's all there.

The house is located in a quiet and cozy private neighborhood, but the restaurants and shops of Scottsdale can be reached in just minutes.

Swimming pool is heated et set at 85 degrees at no additional charge to guests. If temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool may be lower than 85 degrees.

Swimming pool is heated between the months of October until April at NO additional cost to the guests. Pool heater is set at 85 degrees. In the event that outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees.
