If in Phuket again, we would stay here. Right in the heart of town and close to so much fun.... Also, we loved the customer service. They knew us by name before we arrived and were very accommodating.

Horrible

In a group and stayed there for a week with several rooms. Would not recommend the place there are much better options close by. Staff has too many money scams, quality of the place and cleanliness is another issue. Rooms are smelly, free breakfast is below basic. If you are a budget traveler and can get this place for less than $20 USD then okay else don't make the mistake we did. Spend a little more and get a good place.

地理位置优越，去吃饭，购物和芭东海滩都不远，步行也合适。酒店不大，设施也可以，就是对着你叮嘱一些东西显得不信任你似的，总体很不错，性价比也高。

Convenient location with warm service

In May 2014 we stayed 2 nights as guests in PL House. The hotel is centrally located in a quiet side street . All activities such as beach , restaurants and nightlife can be reached on foot. One does not need a taxi , which are not particularly cheap in Phuket. The guest-friendly hotel is in good condition. The reception is open 24 hours a day , very nice and speaks good English. There are only Non smoking rooms available . The rooms themselves are very clean and spacious. Free WIFI is standard in every room. The air conditioning system works quietly and efficiently . Particularly noteworthy is the great water pressure and really hot water in the bathroom, which more than meets the requirements. The mini bar prices are fair and not overpriced . An outlook is not given , as it directly overlooks the annex in 1.5 meters distance. A certain thin walls of the room can not be denied , especially the bell of the elevator can be heard clearly , which can interfere with a light sleep already . Despite these minor shortcomings , this hotel is recommended and the price-performance ratio for 20 Euro/night is very good.

狭いけど、便利な場所です。

朝食が、8時からのサービスなので、ツアー参加日は困ってしまいました。前日にフロントの人に、朝食持たせて欲しいと話をしておいたのに、次の日の朝になると、別のフロントの方が「聞いてない」と。今から作るから、ココで食べて行ってと言われ、ツアー集合時間まで時間ないのに待っているとノタリクラリ用意、当然ツアーの車が来てしまってこっちが怒ると、慌てて弁当にして持たせるからと、用意をしだして。とにかく、朝食時間が遅すぎます。掃除は行き届いていますし、エアコンの効きもよく、清潔感はあります。ジャンセイロンからも徒歩5分ほどで買い物には便利です。
