Communication was appalling ,we prebooked this almost a year in advance. Days before we were due to arrive I reached out and received nothing. “We can't rate the bus as it was unavailable on our arrival and in the barn for major maintenance. However we were offered a room in the adjacent lodge which was very nice - just not what we expected at the time of booking.”

The second day there was no hot water. I read the directions in the book and found the gas bottles to switch them over. The location is very rural, pretty but a long way to stores and restaurants. The driveway is quite narrow.”
