Staff was courteous. Basically had no amenities. No toilet tissue in room , tv didn't work in bedroom , no bath cloths,fire alarm kept going off. Just a very run down place.

The room was clean when I arrived. The AC worked throughout my entire stay which was great considering how hot it can get. The only things that I disliked were that they didn’t have a dresser. It was just a rack and some hangers. They also don’t have a microwave in the room. You would have to go to the check in area and heat up over there which is inconvenient.

My husband and I did a quick weekend trip and it was the perfect hotel. All employees were very attentive and friendly. Hotel is beautiful all around. Rooms are gorgeous and luxurious just need a little deep cleaning or minor up grading to make accents a little more polish.
Love the wrap around balcony view in our room it was the best
Wish they told us we need to book for the dinner restaurant downstairs as soon as we got here, we would have did so; we was looking forward to dining but it was completely booked

Our stay was very nice. The thing I didn’t like was the problem with the parking. They should have a separate area for guest who are staying at the hotel and have a separate area for guest to their casino.
