"The property is modern and comfortably fits a family of 4. True to the pictures. Good value for money. Direct train to the airport. 5-10 mins to the nearest metro. Plenty of shops around and a good restaurant called Tingle close by for family dinners. Clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment. Welcome bottle of Cava and some coffee capsules much appreciated. Overall good stay and would return."

"Estela was the best. We had a long flight and she accommodated us and allowed us to check in early. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The bed was comfortable as well. "I stayed here with my daughter and my friend. Having three bedrooms was very comfortable for us here. The apartment was clean and well located. We used the grocery market next door several times, and walked to the metro station a couple blocks away every day. We really liked the Gracia neighborhood - it was cute with many fun stores and restaurants, without being overly touristy. The apartment was comfortable, albeit pretty "no frills." I would stay here again. Thank you."

"Sabine was there to greet us and show us around. She was very friendly and got back to us really quickly if we had any questions. We had a problem with our flights and had to change the reservation - Sabine was great, she changed it immediately without complaint. The flat itself was spotless and beautiful. The location is amazing and we loved being able to eat out on the balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was perfect for our family with two teenagers."

Furniture is damaged, drawers don't open tiles and mirrors are broken and bathrooms are in need of some refurbishment along with general internal decoration/maintenance. Externally the paving slabs are broken, raised and uneven - an accident waiting to happen which is a shame because it could be a beautiful property for extended family breaks if it was given some TLC."

The location is simply ideal. The apartment is very much newer and everything feels fresh inside. The AC worked well and helped alot with the late summer warm weather.
