“Rooms were clean and bathroom was clean.
Staff were not prepared for influx of people. Waited long to check in as only 1 staff at front desk checking in groups.
Pool was shut down early. A lot of unsupervised children and no staff to remove or advise guests that unsupervised children cannot be in the pool.
I travelled with family and children but pool was over capacity so we did not use.”

“The wife and I got a room with a jacuzzi tub but when we went to use it the jets didn’t work. Later that night turned on the Tv but spent some time trying to get the tv to work. The receiver would turn on then randomly turn off. Was to late to worry about calling and getting someone to fix it as well we were already in the tub when we realized the jets didn’t work.”
