This hotel is a 2-3 star property at best, the bed in it was terrible. It was an inner spring mattress that had clearly seen better days, with 'body wells' on each side and a raise in the middle from the use. The air conditioner control had literally no markings on it and had to contact the owner to get a picture sent so that I could get it to work. Stayed thinking it was good proximity to the train station, but its not practical as there is no sidewalk to drag a suitcase on to get to the train station to start with so you are walking down a road with 2 blind corners on it. Quite a walk from anything in town to eat or have a drink so location is not great. There was noone there at checkin, or check out, but good clear instructions to find a key and get in. Overpriced for what you get. The one positive was the contact from the owner which was always prompt and courteous.

Very nice hotel conveniently located to the public transportation within Ragusa and city parking. Breakfast was exceptional with a gorgeous view. Recommend this hotel.

Really amazing and helpful staff. Everyone was operating with a five star attitude. The hotel is a little older and does need some love though. A few coats of paint and some repairs would bring the item back to five stars.

Great staff, funky room, best night’s sleep of the trip.

An old style hotel in a good central location. Had good heating (it’s winter) and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is looking a bit tired and worn but everything still works. Staff were nice.
