I've travelled extensively over my 45 yr career & this is one of my top three favorite accommodations. Kinn Broadway has everything you want in a hotel and it's first class. Location, easy parking, secure, fabulous on site restaurant, well furnished and designed guest rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised by an extraordinary common area on every floor. There is a well-appointed kitchen, living area and conference room that is shared by guests. The thoughtfulness, care, and quality that was deployed in the design and build of this property is outstanding. The staff and management are consummate professionals and wonderful hosts. The Ritz and Four Seasons has a new & formidable competitor!

This is an older property, but in very good condition. It is about 5 miles off of the interstate, which makes me understand why it was so reasonably priced. The front desk staff was very friendly, the room was well appointed. I am so happy that there were thin, soft pillows, along with thicker firm pillows. We like the thinner, soft ones and some places don’t offer that. The breakfast was very nice. The only drawback was that the pool was closed for renovations and we didn’t get to use it. But for the money, this was a very nice hotel.
